John has worked for the city of Hollywood as a Firefighter/Paramedic since 2011 and has worked as a Paramedic in the field of dentistry since 2012. John holds an EMS degree and has held his pharmacy technician license since 2006 working in both the retail and hospital industry throughout the years. John has obtained certificates in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) as well as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and opened HeartFelt CPR, INC in October 2016. HeartFelt CPR, INC teaches these disciplines according to the American Heart Association's standards. Now combining John's experiences in medicine, HeartFelt CPR has expanded to offer education, recertification, protocol training and para-medicine services to a wide variety healthcare fields.
Summer Williams, Pharm.D
Director of Operations
Summer attained her Pharm.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2007. She completed a PGY-1 residency at Cleveland Clinic Florida and then has worked in many aspects of the pharmacy industry including clinical, retail and now management. Summer opened HeartFelt CPR along with her husband John, and is the director of operations. Summer demonstrates strong healthcare services such as professional skills in clinical research, pharmacy management, business management, customer service, product sales, and continuing education.
